Hoveton Parish Council was very sad to hear of the death of Malcolm Russell on 16th June. Malcolm was a parish councillor from June 2011 until February 2013. During that time he initiated the logo currently in use by HPC and created this website. He moved to Cromer shortly after leaving the parish council but continued to help and support HPC with all website-related matters. Malcolm was a lovely and gentle man in all senses of the word and Hoveton Parish Council would like to extend its sincere sympathies to his wife and family.”

NB: A short closure of Tunstead Road will take place on 4 July due to 5 kilometre races that the Norwich Road Runners will host from Broadland High School. For further information please click here
